COMMUNITY HAPPENINGS

Keeping Warren Hills High School Hydrated

ShopRite of Washington helped to donate an eco-friendly water bottle filling station inside of Warren Hills Regional High School. The project was spearheaded by two student clubs in the school: Health Options for Today and Tomorrow (HOTT), and Students Against Vandalizing the Earth (SAVE). The students collaborated with the store on a community outreach and awareness project to raise money for the filling station, and ShopRite donated the remaining funds needed.

ShopRite of Washington is proud to participate in the Village Food Rescue Program. This program salvages food from our store that is safe for consumption but is ineligible for retail sale. Last year, we were able to donate over 1,100,000 pounds of food to local food pantries to help address their critical needs for fresh and healthy foods.
