Donation Requests

Donation Request Requirements:

  • Requests must be submitted at least four weeks before the event
  • The request must be for an organization local to the store you’re selecting
  • All of the fields of the request must be filled in
  • Donations must be picked up from the store and will not be mailed to your address

We will not consider donations for the following:

  • Personal assistance for individuals/families including pageants, trips, or financial distress needs
  • Third party donation related requests
  • Political or election related requests
  • Building or capital campaigns
  • For-profit business
  • Non-profit businesses outside of our operating areas

Please Note: Village Super Market, Inc. is proud to support the Great American Milk Drive and Partners in Caring, our campaigns to fight hunger in the communities we serve, during the months of June and September, respectively. We will not be scheduling Bagging for a Cause or Boy & Girl Scout fundraising events during the month of June and the last week in August through the month of September while our stores participate in these fundraising initiatives.
