How It Works
Village Super Market stores are proud to be a part of the communities we serve and wish to support as many causes as possible. All donation & community requests must be submitted through our online donation request form. Village Super Market does not accept written, faxed or emailed requests.
Criteria for Donation Submission
- Requests must be submitted at least four weeks before the event.
- The request must be for a local organization.
- All of the fields of the request must be filled in and a request letter on organization letterhead must be attached
We will not consider donations for the following:
- Personal assistance for individuals/families including pageants, trips, or financial distress needs
- Third party donation related requests
- Political or election related requests
- Building or capital campaigns
- For-profit business
- Non-profit businesses outside of our operating areas
How it works
Step 1) Select your store
Step 2) View the Donation requests your store offers
Step 3) Make a request
Once your request has been submitted, you will receive confirmation in your email inbox.
Our Charitable Donation Supervisor will contact you to discuss your request and availability.
Please allow two business weeks for a reply.
